The partnership began with a detailed social audit, leading to the development of a vibrant social media strategy that aligned perfectly with Moxy’s lively and youthful brand identity.

Double Up Social implemented a dynamic social media management plan focusing on lifestyle and video content. This strategy was designed to resonate with the playful essence of the Moxy brand, showcasing the hotel's vibrant atmosphere. Content creation included engaging photography sessions featuring models and creative food styling, aimed at capturing the unique and fun aspects of the Moxy experience.

The results of this fresh social media approach were striking: a 286% increase in social media following, a staggering 1,839% boost in impressions, and a 280% rise in engagement. Additionally, the strategy led to a 461% increase in traffic to the hotel’s reservation pages, significantly expanding its online visibility and potential customer base.
